We are city people who moved out to the southwest suburbs and suddenly had our own water to manage. Christina is an Army Reserve veteran. When the quotes for a system came back at seven to eight thousand dollars, something did not sit right, so James installed one himself, with Christina holding things steady when it got tricky.

Along the way we got ghosted by the companies we called, got diagnoses that did not explain the problem, and never got a follow up call. A system is not something you set and forget. It needs looking after, and most homeowners are left to work that out alone.

So we started ClearFlow as the company we wanted to hire. We are a local family, we live on this water too, and we came into the industry as customers.
